Hubbl Connect Terms and Conditions
Month to Month Plans
HUBBL CHARGES
This section describes the Hubbl Services and how charges are applied. Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement between Hubbl and you, the specific rates for each Service are detailed on your signed proposal. Your use of each of those Services is subject to these Terms. Hubbl may introduce new rate plans and additional Services, or modify existing Services and rates, from time to time. Hubbl wireless network services are provided on Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T Networks.
PURCHASES FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE
All purchases of Hubbl Services are final, and payments for Hubbl Services are non-refundable. However, if you think that there has been an error in any charge posted to your account, please notify us within 30 days after the charge is posted to request an investigation of your claim. If we determine the charge was made in error, a credit will be posted to your account.
PAYMENT
Payment is due net-30 from the invoice date. If you fail to pay within such terms, Hubbl shall have the right to temporarily suspend service until such time when your account is brought within terms. There is a $25 reconnection/reinstatement charge for each occurrence in which Hubbl has restored service after suspending service for non-payment. Hubbl will charge $25 per incident service charge for any check, credit card or other monetary instrument presented to Hubbl for payment that fails to clear your financial institution. You agree that Hubbl may use all legal remedies available to report and collect obligations due to Hubbl under this Agreement and you agree to pay Hubbl all reasonable costs for such collection service such as, but not limited to: collection agencies, court costs and attorney fees.
SERVICE PLANS
You agree that Hubbl has multiple service plans and in any given billing period your usage may exceed the service plan initially selected. Hubbl will invoice you based on the actual services used for any given billing cycle. Overage charges will be billed on the following month invoice.
CHANGES IN SERVICE
Changes can be made to Service plans within the following limitations. You must provide thirty (30) days notice to Hubbl for any changes to a Service plan and changes must be made in writing to your account manager. Changes will go into effect the first billing cycle after the thirty (30) day period.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE
A request for termination of service must be submitted in writing thirty (30) days in advance. All unpaid invoices must be paid before termination can be completed.
WARRANTY
The product will be provided in proper working condition. Hubbl warrants that each Product provided be functional and without fault for a period of one year after being shipped. Additionally, Hubbl shall refund the fees charged, if any, for the period the Service was inaccessible due to the malfunction of the Product during the warranty period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Hubbl shall not be held liable, and shall not be obligated to provide any remedy if the malfunction arises from misuse or incorrect or unreasonable operation of the Product or Service, or use of the Service other than for the Product Purpose, or in a manner contrary to any law or any provision of this Agreement.
